JUNIOR PRODUCER

YOU

You want to work at a production company that’s creatively driven because you love great, impactful creative and want to bring it to life.

You understand that a producer is the person who holds it all together, juggles different motivations from clients, creatives, account teams and vendors and prides themselves on executing the idea flawlessly.

You understand the production process but are flexible enough to bend that process when needed. You have a basic understanding of business management (purchase orders, invoicing, talent rates, production contracts) and are willing to learn more. You have a desire to learn and grow your career in production. People like working with you. People trust you.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Interest in learning of all types of production: broadcast, content, still photography, experiential, etc.
  • Ability to produce social shoots immediately
  • Proven track record of working on small scale productions (radio spots, etc.)
  • Creativity and imagination
  • The urge to problem solve
  • A go-getter attitude to take on new projects
  • Talent to juggle many things at the same time
  • The ability to listen
  • Ability to be client facing
  • Ability to travel for shoots (domestically and internationally)

THE POSITION REQUIRES

  • Coordinating social shoots including, but not limited to, buying and returning props, creating schedules and budgets, working with creatives and overseeing shoot days
  • Taking on business affairs including but not limited to, writing talent contracts, creating estimates and purchase orders, handling all vendor invoices and other needs from producers
  • Ability to wrap out all TTP jobs and create completion reports for producers
  • Working with the President of TTP and finance to reconcile jobs
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to work with strong creative teams who love to push the work
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Presentation skills - both written and oral
  • 2+ years of integrated production experience in an advertising agency or at a production company
