Overview

We’re Heartbeat, the marketing agency for Healthcare Challenger Brands and the brave clients behind them. And hopefully, you’re our next Sr Associate, Producer helping us to deliver game-changing campaigns for consumers & HCPs.

Responsibilities

1. The Senior Associate Project Manager is part of a core project team and helps by executing full projects.
2. The Senior Associate is responsible for the execution of small-scale deliverables with support from other Project Managers.
3. Exhibits professional and motivating behavior.
4. Adheres to agency process.
5. Monitor client finances and identify scope creep.
6. Familiar with generally accepted project management terms and best practices.
7. Continuously learning technology and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
8. Manages project plans and budgets.
9. Independently estimates small engagements.
10. Responsible for successful collaboration with core team.
11. Effectively communicates basic agency recommendations to internal and external clients.

Compensation Range: $49,305-$71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
