Position: Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Producer The  Commercial Lines Producer  is a sales position responsible for driving new business revenue growth of Commercial lines clients through various channels.  This role is expected to establish additional wins through self-generated referral systems, centers of influence and community engagement/interaction. Primary Responsibilities: Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis based Create positive synergy and pursue cross-selling opportunities with other practices to meet revenue growth targets Generate sufficient new business leads and first appointment activity volume. Identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect-specific basis Utilize CRM to support the sales process- including input of accurate and timely information relative to first appointments, follow-up's etc. Develop and deploy sales/marketing strategies to optimize the company position in the marketplace Work collaboratively with the account management team Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 5 years’ experience Personable, initiative-taking, purposeful and organized individual that who is driven to achieve individual sales goals Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills Excellent organization and follow-up skills Excellent listening skills with a strong customer focus Good teamwork skills with an ability to work with minimum supervision Ability to work with senior level-management and have a top-level executive presence College degree preferred but not required P&C License in IL Company Offers: Excellent compensation structure Strong company culture Great foundation of support from upper management Unlimited growth opportunities For more information about this position, please contact me directly at 605-799-2261 .
