This position is based in Chicago and will include both remote and in-office work.

Role Summary
The Senior Producer will execute and facilitate client strategies, projects and logistics. The individual must be a proven team builder and leader and serve as a trusted advocate for EA clients by managing vendor relationships and budgets with integrity. The Senior Producer will serve as an ambassador of the Agency EA brand and core values.
Responsibilities
  • Manage execution of live and hybrid events with 2,500+ attendees and budgets exceeding $3MM.
  • Develop and implement structural department policies with EA Leadership Teams.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Production Coordinators, Associate Producers and Producers.
  • Collaborate with agency departments from initial event strategy through actualization of projects.
  • Ensure all projects are produced to the highest quality of EA standards and that objectives and deliverables are met.
  • Attend site visits and walk-throughs as needed with producers.
  • Participates in Production Team performance reviews and tracks team member project and peer feedback.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of all B2B event elements and latest industry trends.
  • Partner with Business Development, Client Services, Creative Service, Finance and Marketing Teams to set goals and ensure that event strategies and processes are aligned.
  • Demonstrates extraordinary interpersonal skills, especially in situations involving leadership, decision-making and team building.

  • Extensive experience interfacing with clients and vendors.
  • Lead a team of production professionals and promote teamwork, collaboration, mutual respect, and communication.

  • Maintain and expand supplier relationships and negotiate contracts, pricing and services.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of success in experiential and B2B events execution and management.
  • Experience producing core event logistics, such as registration, hotel & venue management, food & beverage, signage & branding, furniture & décor, fabrication, union labor management, transportation, speaker and talent management, A/V, general session, main stage, and trade shows for events with 2,500+ attendees.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering winning events and strategies to clients.
  • Client centric mentality - extensive experience interfacing with clients and vendors.
  • Experience managing large project teams throughout pre-planning and onsite execution.
  • Extensive budget experience including initial scoping and management of project budgets $3MM - $20MM.
  • Experience managing RFQs and contractor, vendor and venue contracts including negotiating agreement terms and pricing, multiple bidding protocols, and invoicing.
  • Knowledge of virtual event platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in G Suite products and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana is preferred.
