Overview:
The Line Producer will be responsible for leading all aspects of the digital production pipeline from start to finish, focusing on new IP development and supporting ongoing cross-department digital projects. We are looking for someone experienced in budgeting, scheduling, VO recording, talent relations, working with minors, 3rd party management, and industry-standard methodologies for live action and animation. Responsibilities:
- Own the production of new IP projects and provide ongoing support for existing digital projects within The Digital Studio.
- Develop, lead, and track production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
- Oversee the archiving and delivery of all digital projects.
- Hire and onboard crew members, ensuring compliance with company policies and production requirements.
- Work with production accounting on payroll for crew, talent, and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Handle invoicing, vendor bookings, and contract management.
- Collaborate with the Talent Team to support talent needs throughout the production.
- Book voice-over (VO) talent and handle all associated scheduling and logistics.
- Oversee contract negotiations, title clearances, and reuse agreements.
- Ensure all legal requirements are met and maintain organized records of contracts and other legal documents.
- Archive project documents and maintain detailed records for future reference and compliance.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a production-related role.
- Proven track record in budgeting, project management, production operations, and scheduling.

- Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and budgeting.
