Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Integrated Marketing Manager to join the BLADE Marketing Team. This role will oversee the strategy, execution, and performance of campaigns across email, SMS, in-app messaging, push notifications, and other owned channels to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. About the role

As our Integrated Marketing Manager, you will:

Owned Channel Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy for owned channels, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Design and implement personalized, data-driven campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging using Braze and Attentive.
  • Own the content calendar for owned channels, coordinating with creative, product, and other marketing teams to deliver cohesive messaging.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral, including push notifications, social media content (Instagram and TikTok), emails, and promotional materials
  • Optimize the flow and cadence of communications across e-mail, app, and website
Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Lifecycle Marketing: utilize Braze to build, test, and optimize campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and journey orchestration.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generating insights to inform strategy and improve KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Conduct ongoing testing (A/B and multivariate) to optimize messaging, timing, and audience segmentation.
  • Report regularly on campaign results and opportunities for improvement to stakeholders

Product Marketing and Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Assist with the coordination of events, marketing flights, and other promotional activities, including logistical planning, vendor management, and onsite support
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of current business policies/procedures/pricing and operations while determining optimal program execution methods to improve ROI as well as retention
  • Help define short- and long-term initiatives that support business goals and program measurements of success; gain necessary internal alignment, and personally see those initiatives through from conception to execution ensuring the expected quality and on-time execution

What We Look ForRequired:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in integrated or digital marketing with a focus on owned channels
  • Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with Braze (certification preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, audience segmentation, and data enrichment techniques.
  • Proficient knowledge of Figma, and Photoshop
  • Proficiency in content creation on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin)
  • Proven success in creating and managing omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
  • Must exhibit a professional personal presentation and brand, strong competency in project management, and the ability to rapidly learn new marketing software systems

Salary: This role will pay an annual salary between $80,000 and $90,000 per year.
