Compensation Range: $73910 - $111320 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 2/2/2025

Responsibilities
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the ad tech landscape (Ad Serving, Data Management, Verification, Mobile Measurement, Identity Resolution, etc.) with a focus on interconnectivity and continuity
- Evaluating and recommending the most effective ad tech solutions, vendors, tools and documenting processes to satisfy clients' objectives
- Aiding and maintaining meaningful Points of Views (POVs) for industry trends that clients can easily understand
- Engaging with vendors to pioneer innovative solutions that align with Digitas and clients' needs
- Coordinating, aggregating and managing tasks across capabilities, to create unified client deliverables
- Managing relevant parties' expectations on realistic implementation of deliverables
- Building vendor and interdepartmental respect, maintaining recognition as a leader on the business
- Working across agency capability teams to understand processes and implications of ad tech
- Adopting a "big picture" perspective by maintaining a clear and rational vision of the necessary next steps.
- Effectively using and explaining campaign implementation resources (e.g., third-party ad servers such as Google Campaign Manager) to relevant parties
- Managing and providing support for direct reports and ensuring new team members are properly trained on all processes
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- A four year college education and four to six years of experience, preferably at an agency or industry equivalent (example, publisher ad operations)
- Great technical skills and working knowledge of a variety of ad technology
- An ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, you're articulate and straightforward
