Hemline is expanding its Marketing Department and seeks to hire a full-time Marketing Designer to join us in our corporate office! The Corporate Marketing Department provides marketing collateral and expertise to all 32 locations nationwide. This position will work under the Art Director and Marketing Manager to execute design and digital marketing campaigns as well as support franchisees through our ticketing system.
The ideal candidate would be familiar with our brand, have a strong eye for detail and design demonstrated through the work they produce, and could easily embed themselves within our Marketing Team to design and deliver marketing materials.

As our Marketing Designer, your responsibilities will include:
  • Assist the Senior Graphic Designer with monthly graphic needs.
  • Respond to and resolve franchisee support requests
  • Customize marketing graphics (based on templates) for events, signage, direct mail, promos, sales, social graphics, etc, based on the franchisee’s specific needs in their support requests.
  • Design, customize, and implement direct email marketing campaigns for franchisees
  • Schedule email campaigns for the 32 locations
  • Proofread and tested emails for accuracy, grammar, and spelling
  • Understand mobile-first design principles
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
  • Update and customize announcement banners and hero banner images across all 32 subdomains.
  • Create online collections for franchisees
Qualifications & skills include:
  • Full-time availability, Monday-Friday from 9-5. This job is on-site and not a remote position. This position is paid hourly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • Graphic design experience (recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience).
  • Efficient in Adobe, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of Canva and Google Drive.
  • An avid user of Instagram and TikTok with an understanding of the landscape, trends, formats, and evolving nature of the platforms.
  • Confident in image and video editing skills, and ability to use/design on a Mac.
  • Takes initiative, has excellent time management skills accepts feedback or criticism when necessary, and is comfortable and eager to work in a team setting.
  • Shopify knowledge is a plus.
  • Klaviyo's knowledge is a plus.
