ARES Corporation is hiring a Graphic Designer to support the creative design and development of NASA communication products for the Technology Transfer (T2X) Program. The NASA Technology Transfer program ensures that innovations developed for exploration and discovery are broadly available to the public, maximizing the benefit to the Nation.

The candidate will engage in creative ideation of projects and provide recommendations to support T2X mission and objectives, create marketing and reporting materials, support commercialization events, prepare presentations, create web features and content, develop illustrations, and support the T2X social media presence. This candidate will also compile, compose, edit, publish, and distribute quality technical documents related to NASA Technology Transfer and stakeholders’ product development, business processes, systems operation, and other documents.

This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days on-site at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience developing creative visualizations used to convey key messages to target audiences.
  • Experience working with key graphic design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other similar tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, communications or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.
