Creative Environments is hiring: Interior Designer in Tempe

This position requires 100% on-site in person work.

Designing: As an interior designer, your primary responsibility is to create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs that meet your customers' requirements and specifications. This involves understanding the customer’s vision and translating it into tangible design concepts.

• Ensuring the design concept aligns with clients' tastes, needs, and budget.
• Conducting an in-depth analysis and understanding of each space's purpose.
• Utilizing 3Ds and other technology to assist in developing layout plans for furniture and décor placement.
• Selecting appropriate furnishings, décor, and color schemes that enhance the visual appeal and value of the model home.
• Coordinating and purchasing desired furnishing and décor items on behalf of the client.
• Accounting: Ensure that all expenses are accounted for and we back-end billing to builder has been captured and collected.
• Installation and planning: Book all transport and labor support to provide professional installation and arrangement of the selected items.
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure interior design aspects are integrated into the construction process.
• Effectively incorporating appropriate lighting and color schemes to highlight key areas and aesthetics in the home.
• Ensuring each staged space promotes a comfortable, functional, and engaging environment.
• Conducting regular visits to the site to ensure the staging process aligns with the intended design plan.
• Providing follow-up services for any adjustments or changes based on client feedback or the need for ongoing staging maintenance.
• Keeping up to date with current design trends to ensure each model home remains relevant and enticing to potential buyers.
• Creating a final project report including any challenges faced, solutions provided, and suggestions for future projects.
• Use of Procore for project folder updates, photo documenting all staging efforts which can be used for external communication with builder.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must. You must be able to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members, both verbally and in writing.
• Building and maintaining relationships will help you navigate through project milestones and the collection process smoothly.
• Be positive, patient, and transparent with customers, and always prioritize their needs and vision. Your role is to facilitate the realization of their dream construction project and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish
