Job Description
We are looking for a driven person with experience in market analysis, strategic marketing and who is excellent at collaboration both internally and externally.
Role Summary:
This role is responsible for setting and leading the implementation of the market strategy for the Dolav in N. America, understanding customer and market challenges, identifying new business models, and creating a collaborative cross-functional growth mindset throughout the organization.
As a local champion of strategic marketing functional competencies, this role will develop the deep understanding of local market trends, competitive landscape, and needs based customer segmentation by market as well as outline the regional implementation and communication plans. The MM will be accountable for the long-term growth and for supporting the commercial team with regional insights to facilitate accurate demand planning, pricing, and customer targeting at the segment-technology level. The ideal candidate is expected to personally demonstrate and cultivate a strong external focus and proactively develop close working relationships with local key customers and partners within the market segments that they support.
Reporting to: General Manager / President
Role Expectations:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for specific industry verticals to drive demand, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Drive go-to-market execution strategies tailored to different channel types and indirect customer segments to optimize performance and drive revenue.
- Supports Leadership in developing a robust, healthy lead / opportunity and innovation pipeline in building business case for projects.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
- Assist in annual budget preparation and track spending to projected budget.
General Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities, refining go-to-market strategies as needed. When applicable, championing innovation projects for new solutions to meet general market and customer needs.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to create consistent messaging, thought leadership, and sales tools; localize marketing content and initiatives ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness
- Effectively work with 3rd Party providers (consultants, agencies, etc.) and experts to support strategy development and execution.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content to drive lead generation; tracking conversion rates of the lead and opportunity pipeline to optimize strategy and tactics.
- Manage social media, website content, and email marketing campaigns to engage and inform customers.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, to refine strategies and improve results.
- Stay informed on industry developments and emerging trends to ensure marketing efforts remain innovative and impactful.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.
- Maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and media to enhance public relations efforts.
- Foster collaboration and communication between the marketing department and other business units / functions to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
Preferred Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Marketing. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience with ERP and CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Effectively work with 3rd Party Providers (Agencies, Consultants, etc).
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing strategies and ideas.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Travel Requirements:
- Primarily office-based with occasional travel to industry events and customer locations.
- May require extended hours during peak project timelines or events.
