We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the General Manager for our Kia location
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for the General Manager
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post content across all our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Interview customers and clients to ensure they experienced the best service possible
- Collaboration: Work closely with the GM, all departments and customers to ensure a cohesive brand message.
- Format information, memos, emails, and reports
- Understand and build Excel Spread sheets
- Work experience as a Customer Service Cordinator, Personal Assistant or similar roles
- MS Office and Excel knowledge required
- Outstanding analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree
- Bilingual a must
