We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Growth Marketing Manager
to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. You will have the opportunity to ideate and execute on campaigns, represent the company at events, manage our CRM, and foster meaningful relationships with prospects to fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities Event Marketing and Representation Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the brand, identify opportunities, and engage with potential customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute pre-event promotions, event participation, and post-event follow-up strategies.
Lead Nurturing and Conversion Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns to build relationships and guide prospects through the sales funnel post-event or through other inbound channels. Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure timely and effective handoffs of qualified leads.
Salesforce CRM Management Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM to manage lead data, track engagement, and generate actionable insights. Ensure data integrity and leverage CRM tools to improve lead management and reporting processes.
Press Releases and Media Outreach Write, edit, and distribute press releases to announce company milestones, product launches, and key initiatives. Build relationships with media outlets to secure press coverage and amplify brand visibility.
Podcast Hosting and Ideation Serve as a host or co-host for the company's podcast, engaging with industry leaders, internal stakeholders, and thought leaders. Brainstorm topics, secure guests, and work with production teams to deliver high-quality, engaging episodes.
Lead Generation and Campaign Execution Design and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including email marketing, paid campaigns, and content marketing. Monitor and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns, optimizing for ROI.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience:
3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, event marketing, or a related role. Experience in B2B marketing is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and funnel optimization. Familiarity with podcast production and media outreach.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
