Sr. Product Marketing Specialist
for our client, who will play a crucial role in developing product training and educational content that aligns with the regional education strategy. The
Sr. Product Marketing Specialist
is essential for meeting departmental objectives and supporting the overall mission of the client. The Specialist will collaborate with key Distributor Leaders, the Product Marketing Team, and cross-functional departments to drive business growth through effective education.

Lead the creation of educational tools, including Reference Guides, Presentations, and Q&A documents, to support key new product launches in North America, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and product messaging. Develop region-specific product education and training materials, including digital and print resources, as well as marketing campaigns to promote both existing and new product launches in the region. Enhance and maintain the team’s learning content library in accordance with the established training framework. Collaborate with regional cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Sports Sponsorships, to create training presentations for key Distributor events and various business initiatives. Work with the Worldwide Member Education Team to continuously create and release product training and education content for the regional Distributor education mobile platform, HN Grow. Organize and conduct Doctor/Expert Product Training Calls for Distributors, Preferred Members, and Customers based on the regional product training strategy. Present key regional product education initiatives to Distributor leadership during monthly calls and engage in discussions with NAM Distributor Committees as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications:
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in a multi-level marketing, direct sales company, or a third-party reseller model, with exposure to product, marketing, communications, consumer relations, sales, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with a High School diploma and 10+ years of relevant work experience may also be considered in lieu of a degree. Proven public speaking skills with experience in training, coaching, or addressing larger audiences on key product or sales initiatives. Proficient in presentation development (e.g., PowerPoint) and writing training or educational content. Experience in Training and Education is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills, with strong presentation abilities. Passionate about learning and capable of conveying scientific information to a non-scientific audience. Excellent collaborator with a strong team-building mindset. Outgoing, self-motivated individual focused on results and detail-oriented. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Fluent in both oral and written Spanish. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Apply with
