As a
Sr. Marketer
on the Campaign Activation team, you will partner with Corporates Campaign Planners and stakeholders across the wider marketing organization to activate, optimize, and measure marketing programs to fuel growth in Thomson Reuters. You will coordinate and be accountable for a wide range of essential activities necessary to execute and optimize multi-channel initiatives, while keeping Thomson Reuters customers front and center. This role will be focused on Thomson Reuters' Partner Marketing efforts within the Corporates customer segment.
About the Role In this opportunity as
Sr. Marketer, Campaign Activation , you will: Plan, create, build, test, deploy, and optimize demand generation campaigns and programs to acquire, nurture, and qualify leads and sales opportunities that convert into measurable, repeatable, and predictable new sales and revenue growth. Reach, connect, engage, and convert customers by delivering unique, relevant content, offers, and other calls-to-action through the use of multiple online and offline marketing channels. Deliver positive customer engagement and experiences that differentiate Thomson Reuters from the competition. In close collaboration with campaign planning and marketing strategy, help build and execute the tactical strategy to support quarterly/annual campaign plans that will generate demand for Legal products and services in order to meet qualified lead and revenue targets. Orchestrate the development of integrated channel initiatives and tactics including paid digital, paid social, nurture, email, events, and more. Project manage all campaign deliverables to ensure programs are executed in a timely manner to support monthly and quarterly goals. Coordinate set-up and flow of information required by content marketing, solutions marketing, and centralized demand generation teams to fully activate planned campaigns; ensure dates and deliverables are met. Understand the customer journey to help create and execute tactics that are aligned to each stage of the buyers' journey, with an eye towards delighting customers and creating seamless, frictionless customer experiences that effectively attract, nurture, and qualify new leads and accelerate opportunities for Sales. Activate on provided budgets; help to forecast and track spend and to achieve high ROI. Work to identify and memorialize best practices and learnings to fuel the development of playbooks. Own tasks and deliverables (big and small) needed to develop and implement marketing programs. Creatively problem solve as needed to ensure smooth and timely program execution. Work with cross-functional team to evaluate and report on campaign performance.
Accountability: Delivery of effective marketing funnel, from lead to closed sale. Managing Partner SLAs. Meet and improve performance benchmarks by tactic. Marketing budget activation and management. Maintain or exceed quality expectations.
About You You're a fit for the role of

if your background includes: BA or BS degree in marketing or related field required. 4+ years of experience in marketing activation strategy, channel implementation, and optimization. Strong project management skills; outstanding communicator. Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. Paid digital experience and success strongly desired. Strong collaboration, teamwork, and relationship-building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization. Skilled at learning and leveraging new tools, processes, and systems (e.g. 6Sense, Workfront, and Anaplan). Good understanding of modern demand generation technologies and systems. Passion for accurate follow-through of program details (while still maintaining team speed). Team player with a growth mindset and track record of proactively helping teams achieve objectives.

Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: Eagan, MN; Ann Arbor, MI; Richmond, VA; Rochester, NY. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $70,500 - $130,900. Chicago, IL; Frisco, TX; Houston, TX; fully remote location. For these locations and any eligible US locations not otherwise noted, including for fully remote location if applicable, the base compensation range for this role is $74,200 - $137,800. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
