Perrill is an award-winning digital marketing agency that exists to power businesses to win online. We are in search of a Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team.
As Senior Paid Media Specialist, you will help our clients reach their business goals by: Developing paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Google search, display, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads, as well as social media channels such as LinkedIn and Meta Building out ad accounts and campaigns on Google and other platforms such as Facebook or LinkedIn Proactively managing ads accounts including optimizing budgets and performance Managing and prioritizing workload across 10+ clients Analyzing data using tools like SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, Looker (Google Data) Studio, and more Implementing measurement strategies through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Participating in client meetings and providing proactive recommendations for account improvements Exploring new paid media platforms and recommending appropriate opportunities for our clients
Salary : $85,000 to $95,000, depending on experience

Requirements At least 3 years of successful ads management experience on relevant platforms with a proven track record for driving results for both lead generation and ecommerce accounts Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio Experience managing multiple accounts at the same time, especially in an agency setting Availability to be in our office in Minnetonka, MN, at least 2-3 days per week
