ABOUT YOU:

As the Director of Global Marketing, you will join our Senior Management Team and spearhead our global marketing initiatives. Your pivotal role will drive brand awareness through multiple channels of marketing that highlights our world-class products and customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of success in leading global teams and executing a flawless marketing plan for high-growth brands.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Marketing Planning Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to develop a comprehensive marketing plan aligning with short and long-term company goals Define brand positioning, digital strategies, consumer loyalty programs, dealer education and product positioning

Campaign and Creative Development Design, develop, and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring creative excellence and alignment with brand strategy Oversee product launches, ensuring seamless execution and impactful market entry

Market and Consumer Research Direct and manage market, product and consumer research to inform strategic decisions Integrate research insights into marketing and product plans that support sales strategies

Brand and Communication Management Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all facets of the brand Direct marketing communications, including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, events, and collateral materials

Digital Marketing Oversee www.cervelo.com including design, content, language translations, and interactive tools to ensure it meets brand standards Create and maintain digital marketing strategy across all channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns Measure and report on digital marketing performance, optimizing user funnels and conversion rates

Customer Experience Lead initiatives to enhance customer experiences through promotional marketing plans for retailer partners Support regional marketing activities to deliver exceptional rider/consumer experiences

Team Leadership and Development Build and motivate a high-performance marketing team Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, and set clear goals Foster a team environment based on trust and excellence

Senior Management Collaboration Participate in the annual strategic planning process and provide regular standard updates on marketing progress Attend and contribute to regular Senior Management Team meetings Coordinate with the Global Pon Bike Group teams to align marketing efforts and strategies

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

10-15 Years of experience in Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership roles Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for high-growth brands in action sports or consumer goods Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, consumer awareness and engagement, and market analyses Experience managing Sports Marketing, sponsorship relationships and activation Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Experience managing and developing a high-performing marketing team Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies Ability to travel - up to 30%

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents in English. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English.

SALARY RANGE:

This compensation package will be dependent on experience, qualifications, industry experience and the interview with a potential range of up to $170,000 - $220,000
