International Marketing Specialist
in our
Waltham, MA
facility. As the International Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns and events and providing marketing support necessary to meet corporate goals for Nova International Subsidiaries. This includes production of internal and external promotional programs, advertisements, mailings, webinars, seminars, conferences, and social media presence. You will also monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities, gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback, and monitor market and competitive trends. Finally, you will direct and assist other team members with marketing projects. Other

Participate in the development of core positioning and messaging for products. Develop and oversee external promotional marketing campaigns utilizing departmental processes and monitoring tools provided in SalesForce.com and Pardot. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs using SalesForce.com wherever possible. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing activities. Recommend and participate in the development of product marketing strategy. Continuously evaluate department methods, approaches, and contributions for improvement. Attend tradeshows and industry-related events including company-sponsored seminars. Provide competitive intelligence and recommend strategy. Work within the department to assure accurate and organized output. Guide day-to-day activities of marketing team members and assist fellow employees when requested. Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Physical Requirements:
Ability to use a keyboard/computer for prolonged periods. Ability to travel. Near visual acuity. Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong project management skills; ability to work unpredictable hours, including weekends or evenings, to meet project deadlines. Proficiency with MS Office and SalesForce.com. Experience with marketing automation software is preferred. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Science, or Medical Field. 3 - 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience with an in-vitro diagnostic device, medical device, or biotechnology company. 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
