Graphic Designer Job at SUN LABEL GROUP in Brentwood

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sun Label Group is seeking a talented and motivated Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Art Department in Nashville. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Creative Director to conceptualize and execute a variety of design assets for artist release campaigns. Your contributions will span across multiple mediums and platforms, including cover mockups, packaging designs, and promotional materials tailored for diverse social media channels.

This is an exciting opportunity to refine your skills, gain valuable industry insight, and play a key role in bringing our artists’ visions to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design compelling cover compositions.

• Create packaging for CDs, DVDs, and vinyl records.

• Develop effective layouts for websites and social media platforms.

• Perform photo editing tasks, including touch-ups, color grading, and manipulation.

• Create visually appealing designs that enhance overall aesthetic quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledgeable of Adobe Creative Suite including: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Premier 

• Some video editing experience a plus

• Good attention to detail

• Great eye for composition  

• Demonstrated a passion for design and a desire to develop 

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Works well within a team environment and takes direction well

• Must be able to be in office minimum of 3 days per week (hybrid work environment)
