Key Responsibilities:
- Content & Collateral Development: Provide our sales and practice leaders with impactful tools and materials designed to engage clients, support sales objectives, and generate leads.
- Campaign Management: Strategically plan, launch, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, webinars, newsletters, video, eBooks, podcasts, and partner-led initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Manage logistics and technical setup for both virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, podcasts, and discussion panels, to drive engagement and establish thought leadership.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals, adapting approaches for specific regions or industries.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize HubSpot to monitor, report, and refine campaign performance based on actionable insights.
- Market Awareness: Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive positioning, and digital tools to incorporate innovation into our marketing strategies.
- Vendor & Freelance Management: Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers as necessary.
Required Skills:
- Proven success in content marketing and digital campaigns that effectively generate leads and demand across diverse platforms (e.g., email, social media).
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, evidenced by a portfolio that showcases clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at managing a comprehensive content calendar and prioritizing tasks with precision.
- Proficiency in HubSpot for campaign tracking, lead sourcing, email automation, and analytics.
- Adaptability in a self-motivated and agile manner, ready to pivot as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation.
- Experience in professional services or consulting is advantageous.
- Practical knowledge of HubSpot or similar platforms is essential.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 plus bonus opportunities.
