Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute interactive music workshops for young participants by utilizing music buckets as musical instruments.
2. Create customized lesson plans that cater to different proficiency levels and encourage imaginative expression in budding musicians.
3. Organize and manage performances and exhibitions to highlight the talents of the youth music-bucket ensemble.
4. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of music-bucket instruments and gear for optimal functionality.
5. Collaborate closely with fellow educators and personnel to advance the overarching objectives and vision of the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center.

Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of experience in musical performance.
2. Proficiency in playing various musical instruments.
3. Strong improvisational skills.
4. Ability to engage and entertain diverse audiences.
5. US Work Authorization.

Compensation:

$25 - $35 per hour
