We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations Account Supervisor to join our innovative team in a hybrid role based in San Francisco. As a pivotal member of our B2B tech public relations agency, you will oversee client accounts and drive strategic initiatives to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple client accounts as the primary day-to-day contact, ensuring the successful execution of public relations and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Engage in agency leadership discussions, contributing insights on new business strategies, client service enhancements, and best practices.
  • Mentor and develop direct reports, guiding them through performance evaluations and career advancement discussions.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion while championing the agency’s J.E.D.I. (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) initiatives.
  • Provide clients with strategic guidance based on thorough understanding of their business objectives, while effectively managing sensitive issues and program adjustments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals to secure impactful coverage for clients.
  • Participate in business development efforts by leveraging your professional network to promote the agency and identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills

  • 4-8 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in crafting and executing integrated communications programs that align with client goals.
  • Established connections with journalists and industry influencers.
  • Strong adaptability in management style, emphasizing mentorship and team development.
  • Excellent writing and editing capabilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized with the ability to maintain accuracy while delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team while fostering a collaborative environment.

Salary Range

California-based salary range: $77,172 - $112,388, with final compensation determined by education, experience, and market data.
