Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at Rochester Optical, you will support the creative design team in producing visually compelling assets for our new eyewear product line. You will collaborate closely with our team to deliver high-quality digital and print concepts, with the opportunity to build your portfolio and gain valuable industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to the design project.
Design digital graphics for eyewear design collections.
Maintain consistency in design style and visual identity across all collections.
Create digital mockups and printed samples for evaluation.
Support the design and layout of presentations.
Assist in creating packaging designs for eyewear products, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
Design portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a small team environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage your deadlines.
A passion for design and an interest in the optical industry is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's in Graphic Design or equivalent education and experience
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Graphic Design
Experience in fashion optics and/or retail a plus

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
