We’re searching for the right candidate to bring solid Creative Project Management skills to the team to lead projects for the in-house agency.
Your excellence is key in managing campaigns from concept to production, with expertise in planning, execution, and optimization within marketing teams.Responsibilities:Work collaboratively across departments to produce projects on time and on budgetCreate strategic project plans that clearly identify key milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resourcesLead the execution of large-scale marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.Prepare and maintain clear and accurate communication and project documentation, including project plan, status reports, internal meeting notes, change requests, and resource requests and assignmentsManage the timely progression of the project. Route work for review, updates and approvals, archiving files and assets and opening and closing projectsEvaluate and mitigate risk, analyze impact, and provide approach to shift and solve issuesExperience & Qualifications:Educated to degree level or equivalent5+ years of experience working in a creative agency environment in an account or project management roleExperience managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including print, interactive, digital, mobile and film etc.Proven experience of effectively managing large-scale projects from brief through to deliveryStrong project management skills, including proficiency with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.).Adecco offers a solid benefits program with generous PTO, Paid Holidays, and more.
