**Make a Difference**
As part of the Unified Communications team, the Unified Communication Analyst provides support functions for voice and video platforms. Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains telephony devices and related unified communication systems with minimal supervision by senior team members. Assists in the implementation of new unified communications systems for the enterprise. The analyst must also participate in an on-call rotation. This position is hybrid position working from the office 2 days a week plus when needed.
**Exceptional Skills and Qualifications**
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and have a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
+ Bachelors degree in communications technology or its equivalent preferred
+ Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in Unified Communications or other related technologies preferred.
+ Understanding of networking principals to include functional understanding of TCP/IP, IP sub-netting, VLANs, Ethernet, routing and switching, DHCP, DNS, SIP, and QoS.
