Content Operations Coordinator III

Location: Los Angeles, New York, or San Francisco Bay Area

Duration: 12 months contract with possibility of extension.

Start: Targeting February 2025

Pay Range: $44.18/hr on W2

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, sick time based on state laws


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-precision reviews of creators for a ***-run project to determine their eligibility based on clearly defined criteria.
  • Apply established guidelines and standards consistently to assess creator profiles and content for compliance.
  • Analyze findings and effectively communicate key insights and learnings to *** team members, ensuring guidelines and practices are adjusted as necessary to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of the review process and alignment with project objectives.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally in content moderation, review, or analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify nuances in creator content that meet specific eligibility criteria.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise discretion while making judgments that align with the project’s goals.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey feedback and suggest improvements to internal teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with content platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Facebook, Instagram) or within creator-focused agencies.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and content creation practices.
  • Experience as a content creator or content producer, with a deep understanding of what constitutes high-quality and engaging social media content.
