As a Sr. Content Designer, you'll lead content strategy across our platform, blending functional leadership with innovation to create user-focused, scalable solutions.

Your work will ensure consistency and excellence in narrative and language across all aspects of our platform, shaping intuitive product flows, naming conventions, and scalable content frameworks. You'll also pioneer AI-driven approaches to streamline content creation and updates, ensuring the platform remains impactful and adaptable.

In this role, you'll define the voice of our platform, ensuring it resonates with healthcare professionals and meets their evolving needs, all while driving innovation at scale. Responsibilities Lead the content strategy for PrescriberPoint's publishing platform, driving innovation in large-scale content creation and updates through AI-powered solutions. Shape cohesive product narratives that clearly communicate the platform's value and align with user needs across all touchpoints. Address scalability challenges by designing and implementing content strategies that enhance usability, ensure consistency, and support the platform's growth. Develop strategic publishing approaches for partner content that balance objectivity with increased visibility and audience engagement. Conduct audits to identify gaps, establish adaptable content frameworks, and align solutions with platform and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to integrate content solutions into product development. Identify, implement, and optimize tools and technologies to streamline content design and publishing processes, driving user satisfaction and platform success. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating expertise in content strategy and design. 8+ years of professional experience in content design, UX writing, or related fields, with a focus on large-scale content systems and strategies. Proven ability to develop and implement scalable content strategies that address complex challenges and drive user engagement. Experience working with Generative AI to optimize content creation, updates, or delivery. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a history of partnering effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design. Case studies that demonstrate expertise in shaping product narratives, creating intuitive content flows, and building frameworks that enhance user experiences. Strong ability to test and validate content decisions using a variety of methods, including A/B testing, usability studies, and analytics-driven insights. Understand SEO best practices for creating content and writing metadata Healthcare experience a plus.

Compensation:

This salary range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 based on location and experience. There is a bonus.
