SUMMARY
The Digital Content intern will be exposed to all facets of a Minor League Baseball organization, with an emphasis on creating, posting and analyzing digital content during the 2025 season. Intern can expect to capture content relating to fan experience, game highlights, promotions and in-game entertainment, player interactions, and more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Archiving, tagging and logging all gameday photos during office hours
Candidates with working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, TikTok video editing and are available from the beginning of April through the end of September are strongly preferred. We are looking for a candidate that loves content creation, has a strong desire to work in the social media division of sports, has a general knowledge of baseball, and is prepared to work long hours. This is a seasonal hourly position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gathering content, writing copy, and executing the team's social media strategy and schedule across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn)
- Edit graphics as part of in-game and postgame social media coverage
- Primary game day responsibility will be to manage the Instagram story for all home games, highlighting all aspects of the game day experience including player and team-related content, ballpark activities, food, giveaways, etc.
Archiving, tagging and logging all gameday photos during office hours
- Monitor social channels, interact with fans, and resolve any customer service issues to foster a positive online community
- Analyzing performance of social media strategies and their success
- Non-departmental responsibilities may include tarp pulls, assisting the promotions team with in-game contests, providing proof of performance reports, handing out giveaways and programs during pregame, and other duties as assigned
