Primary Role
Responsible for planning and designing training programs for the CSO employees utilizing tools to identify knowledge/skill gaps, evaluating the overall impact, and proposing necessary enhancements. Collaborating with CSO leaders, SMEs, trainers, and other stakeholders to understand the needs of the business, create tailored learning programs, and ensure the CSO employees in field operations, department/office areas, and business functions have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs.

Key Accountabilities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements for customer service teams.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging training programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and workshops.
- Work closely with CSO leaders, product experts, and trainers to ensure the training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
- Deliver training programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs, including customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first call resolution (FCR).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging customer service technologies to continuously improve training programs.
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong process, project, and program management skills.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and deliver results through others.
- Strong quantitative skills (e.g., analytical, technical, problem solving).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (e.g., fluency in report writing and presentations).
- Effective interpersonal skills (e.g., persuasion, negotiation, listening, cooperation, tact, diplomacy, problem solving, internal consulting).
- Have a high degree of flexibility and agility, including the ability to change course quickly to meet business needs.
- Must possess working knowledge of:
- Instructional design methodology (such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, SAM) and adult learning theory - eLearning authoring tools (such as Articulate 360, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (such as Canvas, SuccessFactors)
- Microsoft office suite of products including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and Adobe creative suite of design applications
- Collaborative tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Zoom etc.
- Production of multimedia education such as creating and editing videos and digital content
- Producing interactive learning experiences (such as gamification, AI-driven personalized learning paths, and other latest industry trends)
Experience/Education
- Formal education in Instructional Design (diploma, degree or a certification)
- Bachelor's degree required in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience required in an instructional design role: proven experience in creating storyboards, designing multimedia, managing training classes on LMS, delivering virtual, in-person, and blended training etc.
- 2 years of experience in project management in the learning/education industry is preferred: proven experience to monitoring learning projects, creating project plans with milestones, planning training calendars etc.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, and training delivery (Functional knowledge of authoring tools (Rise, Articulate), Learning Management Systems (Canvas, SuccessFactor), Storyboarding, animations etc.
- Experience in managing learning program's complete cycle - the ADDIE model
- Identifying performance gaps (Needs analysis)
- Designing effective learning solutions (Storyboarding, Assessment design)
- Developing engaging content (Canva, Authoring tools)
- Implementing programs successfully (LMS, Virtual ILTs)
- Evaluating program impact and measuring ROI (Assessment tools)

- Up to 30% travel

Certifications and Licenses
- Active State Driver's License required with the ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
