As an Instructional Designer at Chipr Home Solutions, you will be responsible for creating high-quality training content and resources tailored to our home solutions products and services. You will work closely with subject matter experts to design and develop instructional materials for both live and virtual workshops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids, aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify competencies and learning objectives.
  • Create engaging, visually appealing content using various multimedia tools and design software.
  • Develop and curate content for social media platforms to promote training initiatives and company offerings.
  • Design and maintain internal landing pages for resources, ensuring content is accessible and user-friendly.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a positive learning experience.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, and make improvements as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design, adult learning principles, and content marketing.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of this role.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in instructional design and developing training materials.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, TalentLMS) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
  • Experience in content creation for social media and web resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
  • Experience designing training for D2D sales teams is a plus.
