We are seeking a rockstar omnichannel Media Planner to support multiple accounts. If you have a passion for food and restaurants, we would love to speak with you! Main Responsibilities:
- Support the team in developing media plans including strategic and tactical elements
- Prepare and communicate buy specs for the digital buying team
- Check pacing reports from digital buying team
- Add campaigns to Basis
- Manage ATBs, billing and department paperwork on authorized media buys
- Use internal resources to find trade area insights including competitive and demographic data
- Collaborate with digital media buying and analytics teams on monitoring media performance and reporting results to the clients
- Actively participate in weekly client status meetings
- Continually communicates with the team about project status, problems, or related changes
- Work on special media or agency projects as applicable
- Achieves/maintains visibility and credibility within the agency and client base and with media vendors
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships between all cross functional teams
- Seeks out developmental opportunities and actively participates in agency and professional training initiatives and seminar training
- 1-2 years of previous agency experience

- Experience with Vivixx/Media Radar, eTelmar, Basis, Meta, Google, Placer.ai and other industry tools a plus
- Eager to learn about local media planning across all platforms
