SUMMARY: The primary function of the Marketing Coordinator is to assist the Director in the implementation of strategic marketing plans to promote sales growth through trial of new products and repeat business.
General Responsibilities
•Serve as the Company's Community Liaison
o Plan and execute community-facing events and promotions
o Coordinate all aspects of sponsorship and donation requests
o Support marketing and communications for the Corporate Works of Mercy Foundation
o Coordinate elementary school Honor Roll program
o Represent the company at community and in-store events/ meetings
o Procure materials needed for customer relations and events
•Support Team Member Communications
o Create and manage content for TeamTV and Team App Page
o Support overall coordination of TeamFest and other Team events
•Provide Marketing Support
o Respond to customer feedback via Facebook, Google, etc.
o Create and schedule content for social media, website, etc.
o Support marketing campaigns and company initiatives
Requirements:
•Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Communications and/or relevant experience
•Superb written and verbal communication skills
•Effective organizational and planning capabilities
•Expertise in social and digital media management
•Proficient in graphic design, photography and editing
•Knowledge of analytics and budget management
•Advanced technology skills including programs such as: Microsoft Suite, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
•Valid Class E driver's license
