Are you a growth marketer with experience in a variety of channels? Are you a creative problem solver who is ready to drive results?
MealPal is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead new member acquisition. This is a hands-on role combining execution and strategic thinking. You will be managing multiple channels and campaigns across MealPal markets with a focus on customer acquisition. You will have a strong marketing background combining analytical abilities, creative skills, excellent communication and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
•Execute our marketing and communication activities across digital and off-line channels. You will be generating new leads, acquiring new members and winning back lapsed members
•Digital channels include (but not limited to): SEM, paid and organic social, retargeting, affiliate, SEO, referral marketing, influencer and email u002F SMS marketing. Off-line channels may include print, flyering and event activations
•Continuously test new channels and creative marketing messaging - helping inform ongoing marketing strategy. Contribute to landing page optimizations and user flow changes.
•Track, analyze and report impact of each campaign and optimize for performance with a test-and-learn approach
•Work with data and dig into numbers; have a deep understanding of marketingu002F growth KPIs, metrics, and reporting with ability to translate into concrete insights
•Partner with design and product teams to create assets needed for marketing campaigns
Requirements:
•This role is ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in marketing
•Start-up marketing experience is a plus. Generally you are a scrappy self-starter willing to roll up your sleeves and drive projects to completion.
•Data-driven with a problem-solving mentality. Strong Excel skills
•Familiarity with all social media platforms; creative and witty
•Nice to have (but not essential) basic understanding of SQL and prior experience working with a subscription based business
•This is a full-time in-office role based in New York, Monday - Friday. It is not a hybrid or remote working role.
Compensation:
•Competitive base salary - starting at $100k per year (up to $150k per year for exceptionally experienced candidates)
