Tungaloy-NTK America, Inc. is hiring: Marketing Specialist in Arlington Heights

Tungaloy-NTK America, the Sales & Marketing office of a global leader in metal cutting tools headquartered in Japan, is based in Arlington Heights, Illinois. We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team full time, working onsite. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support sales growth.

Responsibilities:

·        Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.

·        Plan, organize, and manage events such as trade shows and seminars.

·        Collaborate with internal teams (product and sales) and external partners (publishers and vendors) to implement marketing initiatives.

·        Coordinate and manage digital marketing efforts, including website updates and email campaigns.

·        Serve as a secondary resource for social media management by managing posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining platform activity as needed.

·        Work closely with global teams to create visual content that aligns with the brand’s image and messaging.

·        Provide support on various tasks aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales growth.

·        Serve as a go-to resource for team members needing assistance with projects.

·        Stay current with industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and best practices.

Work Experience and Skills:

·        Demonstrated track record (1-2 years) in marketing.

·        Strong proficiency in graphic design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

·        Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

·        Outstanding organizational skills, coupled with effective time management, able to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.

·        Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

·        Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

·        Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company environment is not required but would be highly valuable, particularly for understanding industry-specific terminology.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
