Position Information: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and implementing all graphic design concepts as well as merchandising and point of sale materials.

o Manage Marketing SEO and Webpage Development/User Experience
o Create and align Graphic design concepts
o Oversee Merchandising/Point of Sale Materials
o Manage and analyze data system for digital marketing integration
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Greet every customer, every day
•Maintain high ethical standards when dealing with customers, co-workers and vendors
•Put safety first. Adhere to all Safety Policies, Procedures and Personal Protective Equipment standards
•Develop all digital and printed creative assets for all campaigns and initiatives
•Analyze digital performance metrics across channels (web, social, email) to optimize campaigns and uncover insights, leading to increased conversion rates and ROI
•Utilize tools like Google Analytics and data visualization software to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign KPIs, supporting decision-making and reporting
•Design visually compelling graphics and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines to enhance engagement and user experience on digital platforms
•Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid search, leveraging A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve engagement and performance
•Oversee content strategy and development, ensuring alignment with target audience preferences and optimizing for both engagement and conversion
•Work with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and leverage insights for cross-channel marketing efforts
•Monitor trends in digital marketing, analytics tools, and design software to integrate innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge
•Oversee and implement in-store merchandising and point of sale materials
•Understand and review current software programs in support of service department, sales objectives and CSE
•Assist in management dealer online reputation, tools, and site in support of management
•Contribute ideas to brand and campaign messages and concepts for corporate, dealer specific, and 4Ps branding
•Strive for all marketing, merchandising, customer retention programs, and processes to convey a cohesive message
•Assist with implementation of custom retention and acquisition programs including service clinics, mobile apps, rewards programs, etc.
•Assist with planning and execution of community events and involvement, to enhance marketing and public relations efforts.
•Plan and monitor marketing budget with VP of Organizational Development
•Seek out vendors, programs, software, and ideas grow and improve the dealership
•Attend and plan marketing events as needed
•Build and maintain vendor relationships and assist with contract negotiation, as needed
•Keep abreast of your assigned OEM programs and requirements to ensure compliance
•Maintain a safe and clean workspace, as well as ensuring the entire facility is orderly, clean and free of hazards
Requirements
Qualifications: Marketing degree required. Ability to conduct SEO optimization and use data analytics tools required. Experience working with Adobe suite preferred. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Two years of sales experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Valid in-state driver's license. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions: The Marketing Manager works both indoors and out, moving about the dealership facility and lot to communicate with colleagues, vendor representatives, and customers.
