Key Responsibilities:
- Grow Social Media Platforms: Social Media advertising (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, paid and non-paid ads). Build social media strategies to increase awareness and engagement. Utilize companywide marketing videos and photos to create engaging content. Create sales posts, social culture-building posts and brand awareness advertising.
- Engagement Management: Meet post-frequency goals and respond to comments and replies throughout our social channels.
- Maintain and Create Marketing Material: Collaborate with other marketing team members to generate monthly newsletters, assist with departmental requests for branded material, and build monthly leadership decks and documents.
- Execute Events: Travel to our nationwide sites to conduct onsite events, assist with conferences, tradeshows, training sessions, summits and company meeting planning.

Position Overview: Marketing Associate As a key player on our team, you’ll engage in creating content, assets, documents and other brand materials. Your role is crucial in growing our social media presence, expanding our organizations footprint and assisting with companywide events.

Requirements:
- Experience: Preferred 1-3 years of hands-on Social Media marketing experience.
- Skills: Social Media advertising & branding experience, creating internal marketing material, and content generation using photo and video editing platforms.
- Travel: This job requires an estimated 20% travel.
