Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: Develop and manage innovative social media campaigns that align with our marketing goals and enhance our brand voice. Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content (posts, videos, graphics) that resonates with our audience.
• Lead Ad Buying Initiatives: Develop and manage paid social media campaigns, monitoring key metrics to ensure optimal performance and adjusting strategies based on data insights.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Community Engagement: Monitor user engagement, build relationships within our online community, and ensure content optimization for maximum reach and interaction.
• Collaboration & Campaign Execution: Work closely with our marketing team to execute data-driven social media campaigns that align with corporate marketing strategies.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and cutting-edge.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of social media experience and ad buying (Will be asked to provide a portfolio of successful campaigns)
• Proven experience running successful paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X).
• Expertise in using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., StatusBrew).
• Ability to create and edit engaging short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.).
