We're seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will create daily engaging social media posts that are relevant to our ICP while building a strong community presence.

Proven track record in effective social media management and strategic planning for PLG product-led growth SaaS startups-Must
Experienced with high-level and proven data analysis, high skills with social media analytics platforms - Must
Experienced with content repurposing, ability to repurpose webinars, and podcasts into engaging short-form clips- Must
Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, changing work environment - Must
Experience with social media scheduling and management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)- Must
Excellent writing and communication skills in English - Must
Proficiency in visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) for creating social media graphics
Great sense of humor and ability to engage with a community in a clever way
Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
Curious by nature and willing to constantly test & learn new approaches
Knowledge and understanding of meme culture
Experience with influencer outreach and relationship management - Advantage
Experience in community management and crisis communication - Advantage

- Create and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok
- Drive community engagement through daily interactions on X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Quora
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form formats using riverside.fm
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches and company milestones
- Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance
Key Objectives:
- Achieve 300% year-over-year growth in social media followers
- Establish a thought leadership presence on LinkedIn
- Develop an engaging brand voice across platforms
A Typical Day Includes:
- Managing and updating the content calendar for multiple social platforms
- Creating and scheduling social media posts about chargeback prevention and fraud education
- Engaging with industry communities
- Collaborating with the design team on visual assets
- Analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategy accordingly
- Developing innovative, creative ideas to boost our brand's social media presence
