Insight Global is seeking a RF Technical SME to work on-site at a DoD contracting company in Dayton, OH. This candidate is going to research, design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use. Employ knowledge of electrical theory and materials properties. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree and 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering or physics
- Secret Clearance
- Experience with RF antennas and track filters
- Knowledge of RF and radar systems
- Experience with C++
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience acting as domain expert in an integrated product team, developing computer-based models and simulations
- Experience in multidisciplinary teams, developing computer-based models and simulations
- Knowledge of foreign ground C4 systems such as artillery, electronic warfare, or air defense systems
- Knowledge of foreign ground combat systems
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
