Job Summary: The UX Architect is responsible for creating and implementing user-centered design strategies, ensuring that digital experiences meet both user needs and business objectives. This role involves creating wireframes, user flows, and interface specifications while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other teams. The UX Architect will also conduct usability testing and iterate on designs to ensure the best possible user experience across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Understand user and business needs, and translate them into relevant and effective digital experiences. Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions. Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications, collaborating closely with product managers and engineering teams. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to validate and iterate on design decisions. Design and deliver user interfaces using standard design software, ensuring functionality and usability. Lead the creation and execution of the UX vision and strategy in collaboration with the project management team. Ensure visual and brand consistency across all platforms and products, maintaining a unified user experience. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve designs. Required Qualifications: Strong experience in UX/UI design and architecture, with a solid portfolio showcasing previous work. Expertise in wireframing, storyboarding, and user flow creation. Proficiency with design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Experience in conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback to refine designs. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (optional but beneficial). Experience with mobile-first and responsive design principles. Experience in Agile development environments. Certifications (if any): UX design or UI design certifications (e.g., UXPA, NN/g, or similar) are a plus. Top 3 Hard Skills: Expertise in wireframing, storyboarding, and designing user flows. Proficiency in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD). Experience conducting usability testing and iterating on designs based on feedback. Top 3 Soft Skills: Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills for presenting and discussing design ideas. Analytical mindset for continuously improving and optimizing user experiences.
