As a College Intern - User Experience, you'll be exposed to various executives team members throughout the organization. You will work alongside our UX team and collaborate with product managers and data scientists to support efforts that inform and enhance our digital experiences. You will use your attention to detail and communication skills as you draft research plans, conducting both generative and evaluative research, synthesize findings, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. - Gain experience with a corporation that provides a full range of services in banking, brokerage and investments to acquire a deeper understanding of the financial industry

What you'll need:
- Junior or Senior enrolled in a four-year degree program
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in computer science or Interaction Design, User Experience Design, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Ability to work in a part-time capacity year-round
- A portfolio showcasing research skills and collaborative work
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 confirmed by transcript
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in conducting research related to digital initiatives, and documenting findings to present to leadership
- Knowledge of generative and evaluative research methods
- Experience with Figma, Photoshop, or other prototyping tools
- Understanding of HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with Apple and Android platforms
