The Lead Quality Control Technician - Video is responsible for promoting the growth of the discipline and employees through inventory and quality control functions. Promotes and lives the mission, vision, and values at LMG. Has the respect from all other operations technicians to provide guidance and consultation within their respective discipline.

Base Salary Range: $21.73/hr-$32.20/hr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure effective communication within Operations department and other areas within company are practiced maximizing efficiencies and deadlines are met.
- Assist with the training, monitoring, and managing of activities within their discipline. Explain, monitor work quality, and assist to resolve discipline specific problems. Provide guidance to employees on improving and maximizing performance.
- Assists and backfills discipline Supervisor with the planning of all day-to-day responsibilities including show preps, client demos, organization, and workflow.
- Effectively present documentation and implement training to employees ensuring the success of the department.
- Assist in developing the performance of warehouse technicians by setting clear, achievable goals.
- Communicate discrepancies and clarify requirements with the Project Coordinators, Equipment Logistics Coordinators, and Discipline Supervisors. Track shortages as for not available and purchase items, submitting requests to ensure stock needs are met for each event or order.
- Set up product components for inspection and functional testing to meet requirements of customer order and replicate show conditions. Ensure that systems are complete and operable to meet customer requirements. Complete checklist for equipment to check and document all required elements and components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead efforts to organize, clean, and maintain warehouse storage of inventory to include coded binning system for the proper and safe storage to enhance work effectiveness. Maintain par levels of consumables and quantity items through monthly physical inventories.
- Assist to perform any warehouse operations duties as required attending to the needs of leadership to perform projects outside of normal scope of work, making local deliveries, and responding to the inquiries from internal staff or customers.
