As an Estimate Writer, you can expect

Paid training on best practices to provide professional window cleaning estimates to prospects. You'll gain hands-on experience that will help you for years to come with the guidance of a mentor and other members of our team. The skills and experience gained from this position will set you worlds apart from the applicants in the sales industry.

Estimate Writer Duties and Responsibilities

•Territory will include: Hampton, Newport News, York County, Poquoson, James City County, Williamsburg (no residential)
•Goal of at least 20 estimates a day

•Learn the ins and outs of cold call selling - estimate writing

•Set and achieve goals - weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly

•Learn and apply sales techniques

Requirements

•Strong self-motivation

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•Must have a working mobile smartphone

•Valid driver's license, valid car insurance and reliable transportation

Compensation: $3 per valid estimate submitted (average weekly pay is $300 for 2-3 hours of estimating a day)

Compensation: $150.00 - $350.00 per week

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
