The Integrated Producer will work closely with all BU partners to produce projects that are defined, created, and launched in the most effective and business focused way. The integrated producer will coordinate project intake, triage, execution and launch activities. Types of projects that the Producer is involved with include large product campaigns, integrated cross channel campaigns, video, email / CRM programs, digital partnership activation and multimedia events & installations and oversee multiple print projects simultaneously.
Efficiently organize multiple, high-profile projects and deliver exceptional results through setting priorities, providing resources, meeting deadlines, problem-solving, and adhering to specified budget guidelines.
Manage project specifications, identify resources, and determine schedules for an average of two hundred projects over the course of a year.
Oversee the development and maintain the workflow project management system.
Coordinate between Creative Services, Marketing Communications project managers and senior leadership to communicate critical status updates in time sensitive environment.
The Insurance Marketing Team, of which the Integrated Producer is a key part, is responsible for the strategy and execution of product launches, B2B relationships, sales enablement, Vitality member engagement, and producer and policyholder communications. This team is an integral part of our comprehensive marketing organization, which includes brand, human-centered design, digital, analytics, and integrated production. Together, these teams collaborate closely to craft our marketing narrative, deliver connected customer experiences, and demonstrate the business value of marketing.

Salary range is expected to be between
$68,475.00 USD - $114,125.00 USD

- Manage custom orders and function as main point of contact for US Segment

- Aids Director and other team members on projects or during vacations
- Establish open and collaborative relationships with all team members and across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Having previous print and direct marketing experience a plus
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field of study a plus
- 5+ combined years in marketing or communications
- Possessing the depth of knowledge to understand the impact of creative decision
- Clear, Confident Communication (written, verbal, presentation)
- Demonstrates good judgment during issue identification and escalation process
- Relationship management and project management experience required
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
