Our awesome financial client is seeking an experienced and versatile Art Director/Graphic Designer who excels in both print and digital mediums. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional brand and design skills, demonstrating expertise in various digital platforms such as interactive banners, social media, email campaigns, presentations, consumer journeys, and brand campaigns. This role requires a creative problem solver who collaborates effectively with diverse teams, including creative directors, art directors, strategists, copywriters, designers, developers, videographers, and the account team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative designs for digital and print mediums, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visual content across various channels. Create captivating interactive banners, engaging social media visuals, compelling email campaign designs, impactful presentations, and cohesive consumer journeys. Generate ideas and concepts for brand campaigns, encompassing both still and motion-based executions that resonate with target audiences. Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, strategists, copywriters, designers, developers, videographers, and cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that meet project objectives and client needs. Translate creative briefs into visually appealing designs while adhering to timelines and project requirements. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve and innovate design strategies. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience 5 year in art direction and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital mediums. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software. Solid understanding of digital design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
