Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director

3marketeers is looking for a Senior Design Rockstar to add to our team in Silicon Valley. We are a 38 year old marketing agency working with worldwide B2B clients like AWS, Palo Alto Networks, Invisalign, Wipro, and many others you can help build brands for. We specialize in Demand Generation in 93 countries - so lots of digital, video, direct mail, microsites, landing pages, emails, corporate branding, presentations, websites, etc.

We also own eTrigue Corp., the premier lead acceleration program for channel partner marketing initiatives.

As a Senior Designer/Art Director, you will be a very hands on team player, developing creative designs from idea to completion for clients of 3marketeers and eTrigue. You will be an integral part of a small team of production, design and web developers, though will be primarily responsible for concept thru design. This is a full time position - operating from our "reverse commute" location in South San Jose - on the south end of 85/101. You will never see traffic on your way to/from work again. :)

Responsibilities

+ Designing emails, landing pages, microsites, Corp. websites, packaging, very high-end direct mail

+ Design through production of final files

+ Able to play all roles in a project from design, through production

+ Very fast paced, marketing agency - must be able to handle 10 - 15 simultaneous projects

+ Work well with others, take direction, offer input, prompt, and detail oriented

+ Video experience a big plus. We produced 50+ remote videos in 2024

Qualifications

+ 4 plus years in real-world design, demand generation, branding, or advertising

+ Concepting and production for client or agency side

+ Experience with Tech or Consumer marketing/advertising campaigns and projects

+ Mac experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop/InDesign, etc.

+ Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, technologies, and develop expressive concepts/mock-ups

+ Left any attitude at home, as we play well with others.
