Job description Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional platforms. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis. Support the creation of engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and website updates. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness. Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials that align with sales strategies. Help manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date. Assist in budgeting for marketing initiatives and track expenses against allocated budgets. Skills Proficiency in marketing automation tools and performance marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign success. Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling content across various platforms. Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing marketing materials is desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
