Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking a National Marketing Coordinator for a 6 month contract position in Brentwood, TN. Possibility for extension/direct employment. This role is hybrid, onsite 3 days a week (Tues/Wed/Thurs) and remote (Mon/Fri). Summary The National Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for writing creative briefs, handling follow-ups, answering buyers questions, attending meetings and taking notes/reporting back on notes, coordinating photo shoots, etc. This person will be an interactive member of the team, and this is not a behind-the-desk job. They should be well spoken and organized. Day to Day Help coordinate tasks daily with internal departments & 3rd parties to ensure flawless execution of National Marketing Events, PR Initiatives and Programs not related to specific product categories Coordinate and implement marketing request forms, coupon set-up, insertion orders, invoices, kitting lists, etc. for a variety of marketing projects on an ongoing basis Compile and manage project timelines and task lists Proofread marketing and presentation materials for messaging and accuracy May perform other duties as assigned Must Haves Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience Bachelors degree, prefer 1-3 years work experience in project management of marketing programs, preferably in a retail marketing environment Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered Demonstrate effective project management, organization, communication and multi-tasking skills Outstanding attention to detail, timelines and deadlines Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal and external partners Ability to effectively communicate, interact, and build relationships to support store network. Demonstrated skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word Pluses Experience with Asana Experience in Tableau Any Campaign Marketing experience Adobe experience Pay Rate- $32.00 - $34.00 /hour
