IT Communications Specialist

Our Fortune 500 Client in South Florida is looking to bring on a LOCAL TO MIAMI AREA IT Communications Specialist that will be responsible for delivering IT related communications across multiple business units, executives, business leaders, and end-user communities. This person will be end-user focused and help them understand the impacts of changes or any actions needed on their part within the IT environment. This person will be a creative mind and lead engagement across the IT unit. Day to day responsibilities include writing articles for the companies internal website and IT pages; create quick videos about new features or information; provide regular communications to IT groups; maintain the IT SharePoint site; perform trainings for role-outs and create user guides for live demos. This person will understand IT language and be able to communicate information for end-u across the business to understand.

Required Skills & Experience

Over 5-10 years of experience within IT Communications and Organizational Change Management
Experience engaging and supporting end-user communications to perform technical reviews and communications across multiple business units within IT (provide regular communications to new and current end-user IT groups)
Strong experience understanding IT communication lingo in order to write articles for company websites/pages and push information
Experience within SharePoint (or similar) to maintain IT sites for information, videos, trainings and engagement
MUST HAVE great personality (someone that is fun, exciting, engaging, not shy) able to communicate clearly across leaders and executives with creative skills (presentations)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree preferably within Communications/IT
