CLS Health is seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. This role will be instrumental in driving our brand's visibility, enhancing patient engagement, and fostering growth in a competitive healthcare landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C marketing, particularly within the healthcare industry, and will bring innovative ideas to the table.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive patient acquisition and retention.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to optimize online presence and engagement.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, adapting strategies as needed.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration while ensuring the team meets performance goals.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Cultivate relationships with media, partners, and vendors to enhance brand presence and support marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful B2C marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement and growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems.
